The Professional Development Team offers an extensive array of open and customized training programs for individuals and businesses, with many courses accredited by reputable professional bodies such as the ILM and DMI, leading to recognized qualifications and valuable professional networks.
Role Overview
As the Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, as well as team members, to ensure the seamless execution of our diverse training programs. You will coordinate with academic colleagues to adhere to all necessary professional accreditation standards and play a vital role in advancing the Faculty's accredited programs, becoming a key resource for understanding accreditation processes and regulations.
Your responsibilities will also include managing bespoke training programs in partnership with key academics, client contacts, and participants to enhance project design and delivery while gathering insights for future improvements. Additionally, you will lead a small team responsible for handling queries and managing course bookings to ensure our daily operations run efficiently.
We seek a proactive individual with a strong customer service mindset, enthusiasm, and prioritization skills. The role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as you will engage with a variety of visitors and clients daily.
