In this pivotal role, you will deepen relationships with media agencies and partners while driving Glovo's advertising revenue through impactful, always-on campaign strategies. You will be the strategic and operational architect of our partnerships, focusing on growth, performance optimization, and enhancing our partners' visibility within the Glovo ecosystem.
THE JOURNEY
- Take ownership of the Ads business strategy and execution with media agencies and brands in your market to maximize media revenue and long-term partnership value.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key media agencies, ensuring consistent investment and collaboratively creating joint business plans for mutual growth.
- Leverage data to illustrate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, translating Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) into Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and utilizing campaign performance to unlock additional budgets.
- Establish a clear vision for continuous campaign execution, optimizing visibility, placements, seasonality, and targeting tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Glovo’s commercial, technology, and central Ads teams to foster innovation and scale brand solutions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for brands, guiding them on retail media strategies to maximize their presence and potential within the Glovo app and channels.
