Role overview This Senior DevOps Engineer role focuses on strengthening the reliability, scalability, and automation of Hex Trust's engineering infrastructure. The environment uses a microservice-based, containerized architecture across AWS and on-premises systems. The position also involves supporting the integration of AI capabilities into the platform and operational workflows. What you will do Manage Kubernetes clusters and oversee infrastructure spanning both cloud and on-premises environments. Maintain on-premises hardware, including servers, Fortigate devices, and Cisco switches. Refine monitoring, service meshes, and tracing solutions to improve system observability. Design and implement AI-driven workflows, pipelines, and solutions throughout the platform. Apply an AI-first approach to solving operational and engineering problems. Promote DevOps best practices within the technology stack and across the team. Use the GitOps model for managing and deploying applications. Develop solutions with scalability, security, and stability in mind. Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines for various deployment models. Set up and maintain blockchain infrastructure to support new chains and business expansion.
