At A1 Garage Door, our Sales & Service Consultants integrate consultative sales with practical mechanical skills. You will engage with homeowners in need of service, earn their trust, recommend the ideal solution, finalize the sale, and then carry out the repair personally.
No prior garage door experience? We provide comprehensive training in all the necessary mechanical skills to ensure your success.

Your Daily Responsibilities
This role is predominantly sales-focused while also involving hands-on tasks. Each day you will:
Sell
Meet homeowners during scheduled service appointments.
Quickly establish rapport, clearly present options, and close sales for repairs or upgrades.
Repair
Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door components.
Install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Lubricate and test equipment to guarantee smooth operations.
Utilize basic hand and power tools to complete the tasks you sell.
Serve
Provide exceptional service and solutions to homeowners.
