Key Responsibilities:
As a German Customer Support Specialist, your duties will include:
- Assisting customers with online orders through their entire journey (including delivery management, shipping inquiries, returns, payment transactions, refunds, inbound/outbound calls, and order information reviews).
- Managing sensitive customer and client data while adhering to PCI and GDPR standards.
- Engaging with customers, carriers/couriers, financial institutions, fellow support specialists, and various internal departments.
- Focusing on enhancing customer experiences and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
- Quickly identifying and analyzing complex issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary, using resources such as the Knowledge Base.
- Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve project goals.
Candidate Requirements:
To qualify for the German Customer Support Specialist role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (C1 level) both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in a confidential information environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, recognizing that small aspects can significantly impact outcomes.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive in utilizing problem-solving skills to provide customer-focused solutions.
- Experience in a back-office role with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in personal and team KPIs, emphasizing solutions rather than limitations.
- Familiarity with SAP and back-office operations is advantageous; training can be provided.
