This pivotal role will enhance our bidding capacity and drive our business growth.The successful candidate will engage in bids of diverse sizes and complexities across a wide array of services, necessitating a flexible approach.The Role:As a Senior Bid Manager, you will oversee bids from inception to completion, collaborating closely with Directors, Sales, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external partners. Your contributions will be crucial in responding to tender opportunities through established frameworks and open competitions, enabling Methods to secure impactful projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage bids comprehensively: planning, initiating, clarifying client expectations, drafting, reviewing, signing off, and submitting proposals.Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality bid responses.Ensure bid responses meet client requirements and evaluation criteria through rigorous quality assurance.Assist in creating compelling pitches alongside marketing and delivery teams.Conduct internal bid debriefs and provide support to fellow Bid Managers as necessary.Contribute to the ongoing development of Methods' bid repository and supporting materials.Team Development:Mentor junior team members through coaching, job shadowing, and skill enhancement initiatives.Act as a role model, guiding team members in achieving their professional goals.
