Role Overview
The Senior Sales Advisor acts as a Brand Ambassador, welcoming customers with care and guiding them through a personalized, memorable shopping experience both in-store and online. This role plays a key part in strengthening the brand’s image and reaching sales goals through quality service and trust-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and enhance every customer interaction while representing the brand and its products.
- Listen to customer needs, share the product story with enthusiasm, and help clients make confident choices.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging trust and loyalty.
- Promote complementary sales and support omnichannel initiatives such as Click&Collect, Seek&Send, and in-store tablet use.
- Work actively toward meeting sales and team targets.
- Handle customer requests or complaints professionally, collaborating with management as needed.
- Maintain the boutique’s organization, cleanliness, and presentation in line with brand standards.
- Support inventory activities and manage omnichannel flows.
- Assist with cash management and operational procedures, following company policies.
