Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with Integration Consultants to comprehend client integration requirements and business processes. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that align with client objectives. Offer technical guidance and support to Integration Consultants and clients. Leverage your technical skills to provide expert integration advice on optimizing our Open REST APIs. Develop customized integration solutions using relevant APIs, connectors, and data transformation techniques. Engage with the MaintainX Engineering and Product Team to prioritize and assess customer integration requirements. Utilize your knowledge of Tech Stack components: TypeScript, NodeJS, React, ReactNative, and MySQL. Guarantee the reliability, security, and performance of integration solutions through thorough testing and quality assurance. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including technical specifications, code documentation, and progress reports. Communicate project status and technical details effectively to both internal teams and clients. Assist in debugging and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during the integration process. Provide ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of their integration projects. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Integration Consultants, project management, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery. Participate in project planning, scoping, and timeline management.
