YOUR IMPACT
In your role as the Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of Alpha, our inaugural fusion demonstrator. Acting as an owner-side Project Manager, you will guide engineering partners, coordinate internal teams, manage risks, and ensure construction readiness. You will operate at the intersection of physics, engineering, and infrastructure, fostering clarity and decision-making in a dynamic environment where requirements evolve rapidly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oversee the planning and execution of Alpha, taking ownership of scope, schedule, risks, and team alignment.
Direct the construction project for Alpha, ensuring effective management of all aspects including scope, timeframes, risks, and inter-team coordination.
Facilitate structured collaboration with engineering partners, ensuring contract alignment in conjunction with the Head of Siting & Infrastructure.
Synthesize inputs from Technical Integration, machine engineering, BIM, and external partners into a cohesive, delivery-ready plan.
Work closely with the PMO scheduler, project coordinator, and controllers to guide their efforts in schedule development, tracking, reporting, and financial oversight.
