At The Exploration Company, we are pioneering the development, production, and operation of Nyx, a versatile and reusable space orbital vehicle designed for in-orbit refueling and capable of transporting both cargo and, in the future, humans.We invite you to join our mission as an AIT Manager, where you will spearhead the AIT activities for our lunar lander projects.Your success in this role hinges on your ability to:Oversee the establishment and operation of test facilities in the UAE.Implement AIT processes for The Exploration Company.Prepare, execute, and manage the assembly, integration, and testing of our lunar landers.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Lunar Lander AIT Manager, your role will evolve continuously, but your daily tasks will include:Leading the execution of AIT activities, guiding other engineers and technicians while directly supporting operational execution.Defining the budget for resources and personnel essential for lunar lander delivery.Collaborating with design and program teams to influence decisions, ensuring cost-effective and timely designs that facilitate lean integration and testing processes.Drafting AIT plans and outlining procedural lists.Actively participating in resolving anomalies during integration and testing.Managing reports generated at the conclusion of operations and tests.Providing feedback on blockages or issues during AIT, proposing improvements and solutions.Leading the design and supporting the procurement of specific Ground Support Equipment (GSE) that is internally designed.Assisting in acquiring all necessary equipment (COTS or bespoke) for AIT activities, including tools and generic GSE.Overseeing the recruitment of engineers and technicians required for AIT activities.Conducting risk assessments of AIT activities.Setting up the AIT team and integration hall in the UAE.

Acting as an owner-side Project Manager, you will guide engineering partners, coordinate internal teams, manage risks, and ensure construction readiness. You will operate at the intersection of physics, engineering, and infrastructure, fostering clarity and decision-making in a dynamic environment where requirements evolve rapidly.WHAT YOU WILL DOOversee the planning and execution of Alpha, taking ownership of scope, schedule, risks, and team alignment.Direct the construction project for Alpha, ensuring effective management of all aspects including scope, timeframes, risks, and inter-team coordination.Facilitate structured collaboration with engineering partners, ensuring contract alignment in conjunction with the Head of Siting & Infrastructure.Synthesize inputs from Technical Integration, machine engineering, BIM, and external partners into a cohesive, delivery-ready plan.Work closely with the PMO scheduler, project coordinator, and controllers to guide their efforts in schedule development, tracking, reporting, and financial oversight.

You will define the necessary infrastructure, personnel, and collaborations essential for conducting safe and efficient flight tests throughout the product lifecycle, from initial R&D to final certification and acceptance testing. Your efforts in developing and integrating facilities, tools, and processes into a unified framework will facilitate the swift evaluation of our systems, ensuring that Helsing's defence AI capabilities are robustly validated and primed for deployment.Daily ResponsibilitiesRecruit, lead, and empower a diverse team of engineers and pilots to execute sophisticated flight operations.Design and implement thorough flight test plans addressing engineering requirements across the entire product spectrum.Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling for flight test campaigns to ensure effective and timely execution.Direct the safe and effective conduct of all flight test operations, supervising detailed flight preparations, test procedures, and risk management activities.
