Together, we’re shaping the future and driving meaningful change.About the PositionWe are looking for a dynamic sales professional to spearhead territory-based engagements with U.S. healthcare organizations, specifically focusing on our AI-powered Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. As the Key Accounts Leader, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, ultimately driving adoption and revenue growth. Note: This role requires working night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.A Day in the LifeTerritory Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a targeted account strategy for your assigned territory in the U.S., concentrating on Health Systems, ACOs, CINs, and specialty healthcare provider organizations.Full-Cycle Sales: Oversee the complete sales process including lead generation, qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.Pipeline Development: Actively identify and connect with new prospects through research, outreach campaigns, warm introductions, and cold calling.Solution Positioning: Clearly communicate the value of our AI RCM platform to C-level and executive stakeholders, emphasizing its benefits on revenue capture, denial reduction, and operational efficiency.Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts in CRM; report on pipeline health, deal progression, and key metrics during weekly and monthly sales reviews.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers, implementation teams, and customer success to ensure seamless demos, proof-of-concepts, and smooth transitions post-sale.QualificationsProven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling enterprise software or SaaS to U.S. healthcare organizations, with a demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, reimbursement models, and RCM technology trends, particularly those influenced by AI-driven automation.Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
