In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own section of the kitchen with style and consistency.
- Ensuring the freshness, quality, and presentation of dishes meet high standards.
- Assisting with menu planning and daily specials.
- Supervising and mentoring junior chefs to enhance their skills.
- Overseeing stock control, rotation, and contributing to ordering processes.
- Maintaining kitchen hygiene and adhering to HACCP compliance.
