Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join Mediabrands as a Senior Associate specializing in Paid Search and Social Media. In this pivotal role, you will be integral to our Biddable team, managing critical functions for our global clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to keyword and copy creation, audience segmentation, reporting, billing, campaign trafficking, and quality assurance, alongside the development, optimization, and maintenance of search and social campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the world's leading consumer brands in an international context.
Responsibilities
- Engage in client communications to ascertain their requirements and discuss campaign strategies.
- Develop a thorough understanding of conversion attribution models and the various stages of marketing funnels.
- Conduct data segmentation and analysis to derive strategic insights that inform campaign approaches, sharing findings with clients.
- Demonstrate experience with primary Biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Amazon, performing daily management and optimization tasks.
- Conduct competitor and market analyses, staying updated on industry trends and developments in biddable advertising.
- Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio, Adverity, Nuggit, PowerBi).
- Exhibit understanding of at least one bidding platform such as Marin, Kenshoo, or DoubleClick.
- Ensure troubleshooting and quality management of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to established processes and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure effective implementation.
