The Role:
Druva is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our corporate recruiting team. This role entails sourcing top-tier talent and collaborating with hiring managers on strategic initiatives, organizational development, and managing the candidate lifecycle from building a strong talent pipeline to executing efficient interview processes, evaluating candidates thoroughly, and finalizing offers. Our recruiting team has high aspirations for hiring and a clear plan to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers alike. We’re eager for an experienced recruiting aficionado to join us.
