We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to enhance our expanding Technology & Innovation team. In this pivotal role, you will develop secure and scalable Salesforce solutions that drive essential business functions across our organization.
Who You Are:
• With over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, you possess strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• You have successfully engineered integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and tools such as MuleSoft.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices in security.
• Proficient in declarative tools like Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• You excel in Agile environments, actively engaging in sprints, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, with practical experience using Salesforce DX.
• You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory), with additional certifications like Platform Developer II, Admin, or App Builder being highly advantageous.
• A collaborative team player and mentor, you effectively connect technical capabilities with business objectives.
• You produce clean, scalable code while adhering to Salesforce best practices to ensure longevity and maintainability.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop, customize, and uphold applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Create and refine custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC).
• Design and execute secure, scalable integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Automate business processes leveraging declarative tools and custom development as necessary.
• Engage in sprint planning, technical design reviews, and deployment cycles.
