Project Scope The contractor will be tasked with achieving the following outcomes during the 90-day period: Create a robust prospect database of advertisers within key sectors (pharmaceuticals, GLP-1, digital health, telehealth, bedding and mattress, sleep technology, and related health and wellness categories), with contacts entered into our CRM system. Design and implement targeted outbound email campaigns utilizing the prospect database. Develop sector-specific pitch decks using provided templates. Reconnect with dormant and previously engaged prospects to identify viable opportunities. Provide qualified, meeting-ready opportunities for handoff to the Sleep Media commercial team. Submit a weekly written summary detailing activities and contributions to the pipeline. Working Arrangement The contractor will determine their own working hours and location. Expected commitment is approximately 20–25 hours per week, not to exceed 30 hours in any week. The contractor must utilize their own equipment and tools, with necessary access provided to Sleep Doctor’s CRM and asset library to execute the contracted tasks. A designated point of contact at Sleep Doctor will assist with asset access, collateral delivery, and milestone evaluations. The contractor will not be subject to daily supervision and will be responsible for how the work is carried out. Contractor Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development, preferably in digital publishing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing tools. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
