This Director of Product Management position centers on Coupang's Onsite Growth Product team in Seoul. The role leads major projects in landing experiences, campaign management, and personalization. Collaboration with AI/ML engineering, UX design, and marketing leaders is essential to deliver a high-impact onsite experience. The team aims to use AI-driven approaches to improve conversion for all incoming traffic, building a platform that supports personalized customer journeys.
What you will do
- Shape and execute the product vision for machine learning-powered landing page experiences, including personalized recommendations and contextual user interactions.
- Manage the full product development cycle, from initial concept through launch and continuous improvement.
- Drive higher conversion rates by applying experimentation, reinforcement learning, and rapid feedback loops.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and engineering teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
