Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) requirements in accordance with IP and system-level specifications.Conduct SI/PI simulations across electromagnetic (EM), circuit, and system domains.Create innovative SI/PI methodologies to support advanced packaging technologies including chiplet, 3D-IC, die-to-die (D2D), and chip-to-chip (C2C) interfaces.Execute comprehensive SI/PI analysis and optimization at a full system level, encompassing on-chip, package, and PCB environments.Offer expert design guidance on stack-up, interconnect routing, power distribution network (PDN) architecture, decoupling strategies, and component selection.Collaborate with silicon, packaging, and board teams to ensure accurate measurement-simulation correlation and ensure system-level robustness.Assist with debugging and lab bring-up activities as required.Engage with internal teams and partners to co-optimize SI/PI solutions.
