Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via phone and email to address their inquiries.
- Delivering precise, valid, and comprehensive responses to client requests.
- Assessing and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent/native proficiency in Norwegian.
- Proficient understanding of English (B2 level or above).
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Skills in building trust and rapport with customers.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
