As the Revenue Operations Manager at MedMe Health, you will take charge of the systems, data, and automation that play a critical role in how we generate and scale our revenue.
This position is pivotal in MedMe’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate with streamlined processes, accurate data, and effective tools that foster efficient selling and informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for the comprehensive design and integrity of MedMe’s revenue systems, including our CRM, supporting tools, integrations, reporting, and automation. Your role will ensure that revenue data flows seamlessly across teams, serving as a reliable source of truth for leadership while providing visibility into pipeline health, performance metrics, and growth trends.

Your Responsibilities
Revenue Systems, CRM & Enablement
Oversee MedMe’s end-to-end revenue systems, with HubSpot as the core CRM, ensuring they effectively support the operations of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success now and as we grow.
Design, configure, and maintain the CRM structure, including pipelines, lifecycle stages, handoffs, and ownership rules across Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success.
Define and manage data properties essential for reporting, attribution, forecasting, and downstream workflows.
Ensure that leads, accounts, and deals are directed to the appropriate teams at the right time.
Maintain a CRM that is user-friendly, reliable, and trusted by our go-to-market teams.
Revenue Data, Reporting & Attribution
Serve as the authoritative source for revenue data across the sales funnel.
Create and maintain reports for pipeline metrics, revenue, conversion rates, and performance by representative, team, and segment.
Deliver consistent and clear reporting to Sales leadership, Customer Success leadership, and the executive team.
Design and uphold attribution logic across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success activities.
Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
