Your work ensures that technicians, students, and examiners earn their diplomas or certificates through assessments that truly reflect practical skills.This is an impactful role – your contributions will enable professionals to pursue their careers.What will you do?As an Exam Developer, you will create, test, and enhance exams for the mobility sector, including both theoretical and practical assessments for future APK examiners and MBO students in motor vehicle technology.You will work closely with representatives from education and industry, transforming their expertise into high-quality exams that comply with current legislation, qualification dossiers, and industry standards.Your responsibilities include:Developing, testing, and improving examinationsEvaluating completed exams to maintain quality standardsFormulating and validating exam questions and practical assignmentsCoordinating construction teams with experts from education and industryConsulting with industry organizations and educators on developments in the fieldContributing to the innovation of testing and assessment methodsApplying the PDCA cycle to continuously improve examsCurious about the team you'll join?You will be part of the Exam Services team at Innovam.
