Set up program controls that balance speed with government compliance. Identify risks early and resolve them before they become issues. Act as the program authority on DFAR compliance and CMMC readiness. While not managing security infrastructure directly, provide guidance to Security, IT, and Finance teams when compliance clauses arise.
