As a Corporate Recruiter (Middenvelder) at De Selectie, you will transition clients from ad hoc to strategic recruitment. You not only grasp the essence but also the context of your work. Your Role as Corporate Recruiter at De Selectie
You might be wondering: “What do they mean by a midfielder?” We categorize corporate recruiters into three roles: attacker, midfielder, and defender. An attacker focuses on operational support, while defenders often blend their assignments with strategic and advisory responsibilities, such as selecting and implementing the right ATS, initiating a new RPO, or coaching a team and client.
As a midfielder, you seamlessly transition between operations and strategy. You thrive in a team environment alongside defenders and attackers, and with a recruitment marketer, you truly excel. You enjoy collaborating with clients, candidates, and fellow recruiters throughout the process.
