About the job
About the Role
As our Fleet Quality Associate, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our extensive fleet operations and strategic objectives. Your goal is to convert raw inspection data into actionable plans that ensure our vehicles are 'street ready'. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our quality inspections, safeguarding against fraud, and ensuring compliance with our product tier standards.
You will report directly to the Fleet Quality Assistant Manager, focusing on the integrity of quality inspections, conducting gap analyses between broken units and repair outcomes, and tracking the progress of quality-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits to identify and flag discrepancies or suspicious inspection results during Check Points activities.
- Analyze discrepancies between unsatisfactory results from Check Points and Direct Repair entries, proposing necessary actions to address issues.
- Perform gap analyses: evaluate Quality In (broken units) against Final QC (post-repair units) to identify vehicles delayed in the repair process.
- Collaborate with Pool Leads across our 12 branches to review periodic Check Points inspection results and assess the fleet's quality conditions, providing necessary support.
- Assist in project rollouts, coordinating with internal and external teams to align project execution with timelines.
- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) for Fleet Operations, working with Internal Auditors and Business Compliance to ensure policies and standards remain relevant.
- Evaluate new vehicle models (both 4W & 2W) that may be suitable for ride-hailing services.
