Float Physical Therapist

Benchmark Physical Therapy is hiring a Float Physical Therapist to support clinics across Lexington, KY, including BenchMark, Drayer, and Results Physiotherapy locations. This position plays a key role in maintaining high-quality patient care by stepping in for staff absences or during periods of increased patient volume. The float therapist helps ensure patients have consistent access to skilled physical therapy services.

What You Will Do

• Provide physical therapy coverage across multiple clinics in Lexington as needed
• Deliver evidence-based treatment for a range of conditions, such as orthopedic, vestibular, occupational, pelvic health, and general deconditioning cases
• Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and team workflows
• Help maintain continuity of care and uphold clinical standards
