About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our state-of-the-art telemetry platform and the complex engineering challenges faced by our customers. You will collaborate directly with customer teams to tailor Siftstack’s solutions to their unique needs, create custom integrations, and cultivate strong partnerships. Additionally, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to transform customer requirements into actionable insights, ensuring our platform adapts to real-world demands.

In This Role, You’ll
Collaborate with customers to identify their technical challenges and customize Siftstack’s platform accordingly.
Develop bespoke solutions and integrations using Siftstack APIs to address customer concerns.
Translate customer needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
Create and maintain integrations with prevalent engineering tools to streamline customer workflows.
Prepare training materials and support technical onboarding sessions for customer teams.
Forge robust, trust-based relationships with customers, serving as a technical partner and advocate.
The Skillset You’ll Bring
At least 2 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering.
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs.
Fundamental understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
