As we embark on our next growth phase, we are on the lookout for a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to facilitate the transition of our commercial clients from purchase to production smoothly.

You will play a vital role in our commercial team, leading enterprise deployments, constructing scalable cloud-native architectures, and helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead High-Impact Deployments: Design and implement secure, scalable post-sales solutions for commercial clients across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Be the Trusted Technical Partner: Support clients through architecture, integration, optimization, and tuning, particularly in AI/LLM and RAG use cases.
Build Scalable Toolkits: Develop reference architectures, onboarding guides, and playbooks to accelerate adoption and reduce time-to-value.
Drive Technical Success: Conduct enablement sessions, whiteboarding workshops, and POCs to maximize value for customers and foster long-term partnerships.
Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Address intricate infrastructure and data pipeline challenges, ensuring stability, observability, and high performance.
Influence Product Development: Provide customer insights to Product & Engineering to shape our roadmap and enhance enterprise capabilities.
