Role Overview:

Our Go-to-Market (GTM) team is pivotal in scaling Flagright. We are seeking a Founding Growth Strategist who can enhance our market positioning, boost win rates, and foster engagement within high-value enterprise accounts.

In this role, you will be at the nexus of marketing and sales, taking charge of Flagright’s market positioning, segmentation, and GTM strategy, which includes targeted account marketing. You will convert strategies into actionable plans at the segment, vertical, and account levels by creating tailored programs that cultivate engagement, generate pipeline, and facilitate deal progression.

You will collaborate closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams to ensure Flagright competes effectively throughout enterprise deal cycles, securing victories in the global financial crime compliance arena.
