About the Role
As a Technical Lead, you will oversee a small team of developers while actively contributing to the codebase. This role requires a robust technical foundation to shape system architecture, implement best practices through thorough code reviews, and produce high-quality software. Acting as a working manager, you will mentor your team members, cultivate a collaborative engineering environment, and ensure that technical milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
