Qualifications

Proficient in coding with HTML, . NET Core, ASP. NET, C#, XML, and JavaScript. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, VS. NET, Site Server, and IIS in a Microsoft Windows environment. Familiarity with developing web services and implementing a service-oriented architecture (SOA). Experience in the Microsoft web environment, with knowledge of NUnit, FxCop, and Nant being advantageous. Exposure to industry-standard software development methodologies, including use case-driven and test-driven iterative practices (Scrum, XP). Experience in debugging, code reviewing, code refactoring, and performance tuning. Familiarity with version control, issue tracking, and build/release management tools. Exposure to rapid development cycles. Minimum GPA of 3.5 and at least 3 years of professional software development experience required. Knowledge of scripting tools like Python is a plus.

As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking talented and motivated interns to assist us in creating secure, scalable, and reliable products that empower merchants to optimize their fulfillment processes.

Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining our software and infrastructure, playing a crucial part in developing highly available and reliable services. You'll collaborate closely with product teams to help Cahoot quickly deploy new features and capabilities for our merchant partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of senior developers to implement cutting-edge solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies such as C#, MVC, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, ASP. NET, MS SQL Server, IIS 8.0/8.5, WCF, JSON, TFS, and Amazon AWS.
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of Cahoot’s web-based applications by implementing complex and specialized technical components.
  • Engage in formal QA processes and effective release engineering in an Agile or XP environment.
