The GenAI Account Executive is based in Bangkok, Thailand and works closely with the Account Director to support project delivery for Unilever's Beauty category in the local market. This position acts as a key link between local clients and centralized hub teams, helping to keep projects on track and communication clear.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project operations, track progress, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate creative work for social, digital, and video campaigns.
  • Clarify project briefs and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations throughout each project.
  • Help ensure accountability for campaign delivery across multiple media formats.
