ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, including premium retail, institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals. Provide effective solutions to client inquiries while adhering to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular meetings to assess client needs, goals, and satisfaction levels. Business Development:Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and solutions for existing clients. Work collaboratively with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies to foster client relationships and support business development. Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction. Problem Management and Resolution:Proactively manage large-scale service issues and address trade-related challenges.

About The Role

We are in the process of expanding our Global Sales Force and are on the lookout for experienced Global Relationship Managers in various locations.

The ideal candidates will possess a strategic mindset, exemplary communication skills, and the capability to navigate complex client interactions across diverse time zones and cultures. They should be passionate about providing truly limitless investment opportunities for existing clients while also eager to explore new markets and attract potential clients.

Applicants must have a solid background in business development and experience in selling to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.
