ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Act as a liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients, financial institutions, and high net-worth individuals. Provide effective solutions to client inquiries while adhering to all company policies, practices, and procedures. Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs, goals, and satisfaction levels. Business Development:Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions for existing clients. Collaborate with the Regional Head, sales, and marketing teams to devise strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development efforts. Negotiate contracts and agreements to improve business performance and client satisfaction. Problem Management and Resolution:Focus on managing large-scale service issues and resolving trade-related problems.

About The Role

We are expanding our Global Sales Force and are on the lookout for experienced Global Relationship Managers in various locations.

The ideal candidates will possess a strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client interactions across diverse time zones and cultures. They will be passionate about delivering truly unlimited investment opportunities for existing clients while proactively exploring new markets and attracting new clients.

The candidate must have a proven track record in business development, particularly in selling to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors.
