As a pivotal member of our team, the Growth Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Tribal Health Organizations, and Free & Charitable Clinics. This senior-level position demands a profound understanding of multi-stakeholder sales cycles and the safety-net healthcare ecosystem, ensuring a consistent delivery of new and expansion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) aligned with our organizational objectives.
In this role, you will independently oversee the entire commercial lifecycle, from opportunity inception to closure. This includes qualifying inbound leads generated by our Growth Marketing team, sourcing outbound opportunities, leading discovery and demonstration discussions, and progressing proposals through contract execution, renewal, and expansion stages.
We are looking for a self-driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic, high-ownership environments and is motivated by disciplined outreach, strategic account development, and rapid deal execution. The Growth Manager is expected to operate autonomously, represent CareMessage with professionalism, and contribute valuable insights to our go-to-market strategy based on field experiences. At this level, team members exhibit operational discipline, consistent execution, and a deep commitment to maintaining pipeline health, nurturing buyer relationships, and developing strategic territories and accounts.
