Qualifications

End-to-end management of the consumer growth funnel, including acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. Expertise in paid media across platforms such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, and TikTok, emphasizing CAC efficiency and ROAS. Overseeing our Shopify storefront, Amazon FBA, and TikTok Shop as key acquisition channels. Implementing effective email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging programs to drive activation, conversion, and retention. Leading conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across the e-commerce site, landing pages, app onboarding, and checkout flows, alongside establishing a structured A/B testing program. Driving the hardware acquisition to subscription upsell motion. Developing measurable affiliate, referral, and partnership programs as acquisition channels for CAC efficiency. Managing P&L for each channel—allocating budget, measuring incrementality, and making strategic trade-offs. Creating dashboards, attribution models, and conducting cohort analyses in collaboration with our Data team.

Role overview

The Head of Growth will lead all consumer growth efforts at dot.cards. As the first person in this position, the role offers the chance to shape and scale the growth function from the ground up. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys building systems and delivering results as the company enters a new phase of growth.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the entire growth funnel, from acquisition through retention
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities with the greatest impact
  • Develop and refine strategies across channels to expand reach and improve conversion rates
  • Work hands-on to implement disciplined growth processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead relationships with external partners, such as creative agencies and media buyers
  • Report directly to the CEO
