ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough research to identify potential property listings in your assigned areas. Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective properties to ensure a steady influx of new listings. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to strategize and achieve listing goals. Keep the CRM updated with precise information and feedback. Work alongside the Sales Manager to prioritize leads effectively. Provide market insights to enhance our strategies as needed. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Online Travel Agency (OTA) landscape in South Africa and Namibia. Stay abreast of market trends and industry practices to effectively position LekkeSlaap and support our hosts in remaining competitive. RequirementsProven experience in customer service, hospitality management, or a relevant consultative role. Sales experience is advantageous. Strong grasp of the accommodation industry and customer relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. Confident and resilient in pursuing leads and overcoming challenges. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. Proficient in using various software tools, CRM systems, and Google Office Suite. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

The Host Success Consultant will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and contribute to our growth strategy.
