About the Role
Cohere is in search of a proactive Human Resources Specialist who will play a vital role in supporting our global workforce and enhancing employee experiences.
In this position, you will serve as the cornerstone of our People Operations team, establishing efficient processes, nurturing a collaborative culture, and addressing complex challenges faced by our employees around the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for employees and contractors worldwide, providing empathetic, discreet, and actionable responses to inquiries.
Manage and enhance Cohere’s global employee benefits programs.
Facilitate Cohere’s onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure accurate and compliant employee data management across all systems (i.e., BambooHR), upholding integrity in payroll, reporting, and compliance workflows.
Create and implement engaging programs, from benefits refreshers to interactive 'lunch & learns.'
Act as the main contact for our Employer of Record (EOR) provider and collaborate with global legal and payroll teams to ensure compliance on immigration and cross-border employment issues.
Oversee Cohere’s global immigration program, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to comply with legal requirements and facilitate talent mobility.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in a global Human Resources/People Operations role within a fast-paced, rapidly growing global technology firm.
