About The Role
As the Manager of Implementation Management, you will spearhead a talented team of Implementation Managers who play a critical role in customer onboarding at Hightouch. Your team will collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and internal partners to translate business needs into dependable technical solutions by designing appropriate strategies, configuring integrations, and guiding customers through the onboarding journey. Throughout this process, Implementation Managers will act as trusted technical partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts, navigating complexities, and eliminating obstacles, enabling customers to derive value promptly and confidently.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of customer implementations. This includes developing and scaling a high-performing team, establishing clear delivery standards, and guaranteeing that customers quickly and reliably experience the benefits of the Hightouch platform.
This hands-on leadership position blends team management with profound technical knowledge. You will actively engage in solution design reviews, guide your team through intricate technical challenges, and lead critical escalations when necessary. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to identify systemic delivery issues and customer insights that can drive product and process enhancements.
