Role Overview
The Implementation Services Manager will deliver outstanding customer experiences by guiding organizations through GRC strategies and solutions. Clients include mid-market and enterprise companies, especially in Financial Services and Healthcare. LogicGate is recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for GRC, and this role joins a team focused on transforming GRC implementation with AI advancements.
This position calls for a proactive manager who combines strategic consulting skills with AI technology to streamline processes and address complex business needs.
What You Will Do
- Lead the Implementation Journey: Oversee customer onboarding and expansion projects from start to finish within a pod-based structure. Collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Apply AI Tools: Use LogicGate’s AI assistant, Config Newton, to automate routine tasks. This frees up time to focus on designing creative, high-value solutions for customers.
