Our platform supports Total Triage for managing patient demand and Self-Book, allowing patients to effortlessly book appointments. We have automated routine care through Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, and Accumail facilitates instant staff communication across various care settings. We are also advancing the consultation process with AccuRx Scribe, our AI-driven note-taking solution that creates medical documentation in real-time.
The Team
Our engineers understand the challenges faced in GP waiting rooms. They have witnessed practice managers managing multiple systems to communicate with patients. Our engineers build with the end-user in mind.
What distinguishes our Product Engineers is their ownership of the entire problem, not just the coding aspect. They play a crucial role in defining what is built and the approach taken, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Clinical teams from the very beginning. They maintain involvement with the systems they develop as they progress, integrating engineering insights into product decisions and product thinking into engineering.
Our technology stack primarily consists of C# for the backend and TypeScript with React for the frontend, hosted on Azure. For machine learning and AI tasks, we utilize Python. While we don’t expect you to be proficient in every aspect, we seek individuals who are eager to tackle challenges head-on.
