Role overview

This position partners closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and teams across product and commercial functions. The main focus is to build a strong marketing foundation for Cadmus IO, a company with an established record in the sector. The responsibilities and scope of this role are still developing, offering a chance to influence its direction and contribute directly to company growth.

What you will do

  • Develop a clear positioning and messaging framework to guide the commercial team, ensuring consistent communication across LinkedIn, pitch materials, and direct conversations with higher education leaders.
  • Support the sales team by creating materials and sharing insights that help close deals more efficiently and improve the quality of commercial discussions.
  • Build a transparent competitive intelligence process so the team understands Cadmus IO’s strengths and areas for improvement, informing both sales tactics and product priorities.
  • Lead the launch of a new market or segment, moving from concept to execution with a clear go-to-market strategy and messaging tailored for commercial results.
