About the Company
At Twenty, we are tackling one of the most pressing challenges of our era: safeguarding democracies in the digital age. We create transformative technologies that function at the crossroads of cyber and electromagnetic domains, where operational speed surpasses human perception, and complexity exceeds traditional limits. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that have a direct and meaningful impact on national security. As pragmatic optimists, we recognize the difficulties of our mission to protect America and its allies, but we believe that success is achievable.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the systems and daily operations that ensure employees remain productive, secure, and well-supported through various devices, identity management, collaboration tools, and office technology. This hands-on position grants you substantial ownership: you will address immediate operational needs while developing processes, standards, and a roadmap for a robust IT function. You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and security stakeholders in a trusted environment where reliability, speed, and sound judgment are paramount.
Who You Are
You are adept at building a function from the ground up and creating scalable systems in alignment with company growth.
You strike a balance between speed, security, and practicality without imposing unnecessary processes.
You are equally skilled in hands-on operations and strategic direction-setting.
Your decision-making reflects strong judgment regarding privileged access, endpoint security, and internal systems reliability.
You possess organization and dependability, particularly when managing sensitive workflows and critical company systems.
Your communication skills enable you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
You thrive on creating structure in areas that currently lack it while elevating standards as the company grows.
You are motivated by the opportunity to support mission-critical work in a security-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
You will manage internal IT operations encompassing devices, user lifecycle management, collaboration tools, and office technology.
You will oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, access changes, and asset tracking.
