This full-time, permanent role is based in our Lisbon office and requires four days a week onsite.
Within our IT department, which stands for Internal Technology, we ensure our colleagues are equipped with the necessary tools for productivity. We are seeking a passionate Mac/Linux Support Engineer to be our inaugural IT hire in Lisbon.
As the first IT professional in our Lisbon office, you will play a crucial role in supporting this new site while collaborating with our global support team. We primarily offer in-person support, as we believe it enhances problem-solving efficiency and fosters a great social atmosphere. Our equipment includes a fleet of Mac laptops and Linux desktops, complemented by a blend of on-premises and cloud infrastructure. We are looking for someone who champions continuous improvement, identifies potential enhancements, and proactively addresses challenges.
