Merchant Intelligence Team
The Merchant Intelligence team plays a pivotal role in delivering insights through our customer dashboard, empowering merchandisers to analyze shopping behaviors and optimize algorithmic outputs. Our objectives include:
- Enabling merchandisers to meet their ecommerce goals, thereby enhancing site satisfaction and customer retention.
- Providing unique insights that merchants cannot access elsewhere.
- Establishing ourselves as an integral part of the merchant's planning, decision-making, and analytical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine the dashboard experience for merchandisers by developing analytics that yield actionable insights aimed at enhancing ecommerce KPIs.
- Conduct data exploration and analyze user behavior.
- Implement comprehensive data pipelines that facilitate real-time analytics for critical business metrics.
- Participate in product research and development, engaging in prototyping and customer interviews.
