Join Bosch as the Quality Management Section Manager for RBHP, where you will oversee all quality management functions within the RBHP division. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all products manufactured at RBHP, as well as plant-to-plant product quality.
- Lead internal quality management initiatives for all RBHP products and inter-plant productions.
- Implement preventive quality management strategies, including comprehensive quality assurance plans for product releases and modifications.
- Manage series quality by effectively addressing internal and external customer claims.
- Facilitate quality management between plants.
- Continuously enhance the Quality Management System through rigorous internal and external audits and process evaluations.
- Promote and assess quality methodologies such as Problem Solving, 8D, Shainin, FMEA, SPC, QAM, and more.
- Oversee all customer-related quality aspects, including complaint management, negotiation and resolution of corrective actions with customers, managing customer audits, and ensuring quality management of traded parts.
- Provide onsite support at engine and vehicle plants, including launch support and PHA, as well as in-field support for key customers through resident engineers.
- Generate quality reports covering 0-km incidents, response times to customer complaints, and external defect costs.
- Plan and execute QMM service functions, including fine measurement, gauge management, and laboratory metallographic analysis.
- Conduct product audits including Q/A/Z test planning and execution.
