Please note that participation is on a project basis, not a permanent employment arrangement.
Role Overview
Each project presents unique challenges, and contributors may be tasked with the following:
- Crafting comprehensive statistical problems that mirror industry practices;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations;
- Verifying computations or simulations utilizing Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn;
- Enhancing AI reasoning to meet industry-standard logical frameworks;
- Implementing structured scoring criteria for complex, multi-step problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity suits statisticians with Python experience who are open to part-time, non-permanent engagements. Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Statistics or a related discipline, such as Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mathematics;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Advanced Python skills for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PStat, CAP, SAS Certifications) and experience with international or applied projects are advantageous.

Expected Commitment
During active project phases, tasks are anticipated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week, based on project demands. This is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific workload.
Compensation
- Compensation for contributions, with rates up to $73/hour*;
- Fixed project rates or individual rates, determined by project specifics;
- Some projects may include incentive payments.
*Note: Rates may vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and other factors. Highly specialized experts may receive higher rates. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment specifics will be provided for each project.
