As part of our growth, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team in Pallíni, Attiki.
The Technical Specialist will be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the machinery essential for our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on production and packaging machines and all supporting systems per the maintenance schedule, maintain records, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Propose and implement methods for improving the performance of the plant's mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and update the spare parts inventory for the technical department.
- Carry out format changes on packaging lines according to the packaging schedule.
- Update the Supervisor on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Participate in the technical team and collaborate closely with the production team.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering (TEI or IEK).
- 1-2 years of previous professional experience in an industrial environment (production unit).
- Preferred prior experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
