Role overview

The Junior Business Development Representative will help grow Axiom’s presence in Sydney. This hybrid position requires three days a week in the office. The role centers on introducing Axiom to prospective clients and creating opportunities for the sales team. It is well suited to someone early in their sales career who enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders and is eager to develop as a Business Development Representative. Success depends on sound judgment, maturity, confidence, and professionalism, all within a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.

What you will do

  • Research and identify potential client contacts, generate leads, and find high-value opportunities.
  • Explain Axiom’s business model to prospective clients, highlighting how Axiom can address their legal needs.
  • Drive outreach by making outbound calls and sending targeted emails tailored to each prospect’s business or legal requirements.
  • Assess client needs to ensure initial sales meetings are productive and relevant.
  • Support the Sales team by scheduling follow-up meetings and managing the pipeline to keep engagement consistent throughout the year.
  • Work with local and central marketing teams to help create external marketing materials that attract new clients.
