We are looking for a L1 Support Specialist to join our IT Support team.

Work Schedule: day shifts (10:00-18:00) and evening shifts (15:00-23:00)

The company provides taxi reimbursement for evening shifts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ServiceDesk Request Handling: Prioritization, classification, and escalation of requests to L2 according to SLA.

  • User Onboarding: Preparing equipment for new employees, installing OS, software, and configuring workstations.

  • Hardware and Software Support: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.

  • Workstation Maintenance: System updates, component replacement, and technical upkeep.

  • PC Diagnostics and Repair: Identifying issues, repairing, and organizing service maintenance.

  • Peripheral Support: Assisting with printers, scanners, conference systems, and other equipment.

  • Asset Management: Tracking issued and returned equipment, ensuring data accuracy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of PC hardware and computer technology principles.

  • Proficient in Windows 10/11 and MacOS at an administrative level.

  • Experience with ServiceDesk systems.

  • Basic knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, routing, network equipment configuration).

  • Experience in configuring and supporting peripheral devices.

  • English proficiency at A2 level or higher.

  • Client-oriented with excellent communication skills.

  • Disciplined and able to work collaboratively within a team.
