Qualifications:- Juris Doctor (J. D.) degree.- Active member of the Bar in any U. S. jurisdiction.- Preferred experience in civil litigation, particularly with complex federal cases and jury trials.- U. S. Citizenship is required.- Completion of at least two years of study at an ABA-accredited law school, or an equivalent level of legal training or experience; or an equivalent level of education may be substituted. Additionally, a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support projects is required.
CGS Federal is actively seeking a talented and experienced Law Clerk II to join our dynamic Legal Services team. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to engage in all aspects of litigation for a prominent federal agency office, dealing with high-stakes cases that directly impact the agency's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support all stages of litigation concerning opioid-related and other high-profile cases managed by our office.
• Assist with trial preparation, litigation tasks, and additional responsibilities as assigned by supervising attorneys.
• Review and analyze documents, transcripts, and files to extract pertinent information and evidence for investigative efforts.
• Utilize electronic databases for litigation support activities, including document reviewing, organizing, indexing, tagging, and summarizing.
• Conduct thorough database searches for relevant documents and information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to review platforms and tools.
• Apply necessary redactions to various document types, including audio files.
• Draft review memos and other litigation-related documents as requested by attorneys.
• Liaise directly with case teams regarding ongoing litigation matters.
• Organize and manage litigation review materials efficiently.
• Employ task ticketing software to track litigation case support.
